This song is a timeless classic that I felt in my heart would be connecting in many ways with a Christian theme, amen. The Lord is never limited to our preconceptions or our limitations, but is a God that is ALWAYS able to exceed all of our expectations, and truly paint the most majestic sunset on our hearts.. Our GOD IS AMAZING…

    Talk again soon dear friends,

    In Christ always,

Spirit Revival Worship Ministry at the Hope Rescue Mission in Reading Pa. U.S.A

I’ve crossed from death to life My eternity forever – secure

In His Hands – I am held  Now and forever more

Not one need un-fulfilled He carried it – all – to –  the cross

He shed His Blood for me –  No more  am  I  lost  –

No more  am  I  lost –

I’ve gone from rags to riches    from rags to riches

I’ve gone from rags to riches   by calling Your Name

Every knee will bow  –  every tongue confess

That Jesus Christ is Lord – that Jesus Christ is Lord

Forever –  forever –  and now forever  –

We’ve gone from rags to riches

    From rags to riches

We’ve gone from rags to riches  by calling Your Name

We’ve crossed from death to life

    Our eternity forever secure

Now and forever  let us Exalt the Name

That Is above each and every other name

    The Name –  of –  JESUS – –

  • it’s because he loves us

    it’s because he loves us

Song written by Martin S. Loose – Inspired by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.

This is a recording of us doing this song – for the first time – July 8th 2020 – at the end of our practice session.

Many times I’ll throw out a new song to the team, just to see how it flows and connects. I guess God gave me a nudge to throw this song out to the team. This was the last time this side of heaven that we would Worship through music together with Andy, for just 24 short days later, Andy was promoted to heavens Worship team.

Andy nor Kevin had ever heard this song before, and it’s a brilliant showcase of how Andy’s heart and talent would blend so well with ours. His intuitive percussion and passion is openly displayed. All Glory to our Most Precious Savior Jesus, for the one last song, before going home… So often, my mind and heart still feel a part of him in these songs and the lasting “child like love and trust” that he had for Jesus, lingering.

He adored his wife and his children, and he embraced God with full surrender, and until we meet again back home, Andy you are missed…

I am so thankful that Kevin Hewitt captured this song by recording it on to his phone. “Every good and great gift is from above”

I pray that this song and video touch your heart, and that the JOY of the LORD is your strength.

Blessing dear friends, and we will talk again soon!

    In Christ always,

    Marty

  • long journey home

    long journey home

    Blessings dear friends,

This was one of my first inspired songs when I became a born-again Christian. God had literally given me a second chance in my life around 2004, and this song was inspired in that season. “Lord You are my Shepherd, and I’ve given it all over to You”.

As we put GOD FIRST, turning our lives over to our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST, we have full assurance, that in HIM our eternity is secure and we are living our best life.

I pray that this very day, our King of all Glory and Lord over all of creation, draws your heart ever more closer to HIS Heart, and HIS Peace falls fully over, all of who you are, and each and every part of your day, amen.

We will talk again soon my friends,

    In Christ always,

    Marty

  • daily bread

    By Martin S. Loose

Your springs of Living Water ~ wash over me, they wash over me – they lead me on

You ARE my hope, You’re ALL my dreams ~ You’re everything that holds my life together –

The Word of God ~ is the nourishment for our soul, for our inner self, that we cannot successfully live without, amen..

    All Scripture is GOD-BREATHED

2 Timothy 3:16  16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

In other words,All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.”

The Word of God is a Direct connection to our CREATOR

and direct insight into HIS Will for our lives, amen…

John 1: 1-5   In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

The Word of LifeThe Word of God is spirit and life (John 6:63); it is living and active         (Hebrews 4:12) and, made alive in us by the Holy Spirit, has dynamic power to impart spiritual life to us.

    John 6:35

Jesus replied, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again. Whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

So again, let us repeat –

The Word of God is a Direct connection to our CREATOR

and direct insight into HIS Will for our lives, amen…

    Psalm 119:105

Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.

Imagine for a moment, you would suddenly find yourself adrift out in the middle of the ocean. You are by yourself on a vessel – that you have no experience with or sailing for that matter. There are all the necessary items on board for you to use but they are very foreign to you. You also notice a darkening sky on the horizon and the waves seem to be growing larger, certainly some feelings of despair would be starting to grow inside of you…

Now imagine that again, with complete instruction on everything that you will need to know,  in order to sail this vessel, survive the impending storm and arrive safely to a future destination.

Welcome to the immeasurable value of the Word of God in our lives…

We are alive and active  and so  we certainly need an alive and active word of God to feed and guide us,  amen…

    Hebrews 4:12

For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Just like with our physical bodies that need nourishment in order to sustain life; our Spiritual self – needs nourishment in order to thrive and grow.

    Psalm 119:103

How sweet your words taste to me; they are sweeter than honey.

    Psalm 19:10

The words of the LORD are flawless, like silver refined in a furnace, like gold purified sevenfold.

    Isaiah 58:11

The LORD will always guide you; He will satisfy you in a sun-scorched land and strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

    John 4:14

But those who drink the water I give  will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life.”

    John 7:38

Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”

As the Apostle Paul addresses to the Thessalonians, the Christian community he had founded in Thessalonica (now in northern Greece). In 1 Thessalonians 2:13, he explicitly reminds them and us ~ that the Word of God is ACTUALLY the Word of God. And that it is God who has spoken – speaks to us every time we read the Word, hear the Word read, or hear it.

    1 Thessalonians 2:13

And we also thank God continually because, when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as a human word, but as it actually is, the word of God, which is indeed at work in you who believe.

Thank You Father for Your Holy Word. Please help us to receive it – in all of it’s depths and wonders – and to fully embrace the miracle working truth – that has been gifted directly from You to us.

We Love You and may we Honor You – as we abide in Your Holy Word, In Jesus’ Name we pray  ~  amen.
